(USA) - A turf war rages a scant few feet away from him, and Joey Fisher is the very last line of defense for his team. Out to his parents since age 14, later to close friends, Fisher was still nervous coming out to his teammates. As the news broke, some of his them even advised him against stepping further out of the closet to the team. But apparently, the rest of the team didn’t think much of it. The team reformed in the fall, and Fisher’s revelation was met with shrugs and well wishes.
