(Cape Town, South Africa) Zackie Achmat, South Africa's most outspoken AIDS care advocate and the head of the Treatment Action Campaign, has been charged with genocide at the International Criminal Court in The Hague for promoting the use of antiretroviral drugs to treat HIV.
