(MINSK, BELARUS) - Plans are underway to organize ‘rainbow’ events, both underground in Belarus and in ‘exile’ during the next year. The move comes after the cancellation of last month’s Minsk stage of the 2006 ILGCN (International Lesbian & Gay Cultural Network) world rainbow cultural conference following the arrest of seven lesbian and gay Belarus activists.
