Knight was nearly brought to tears on the Kodak Theatre stage as he opened Saturday's 18th annual GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Awards (airing on LOGO Saturday at 9 p.m. ET). "I am angry …very angry at the inequality that we face every day," said Knight, who acknowledged his homosexuality in October after being called a slur by castmate Isaiah Washington. Grey's Kate Walsh said that having Washington attend a future GLAAD Awards would be "amazing. … I would love that. It would be a wonderful thing."
