For what it's worth, Ford automobiles don't seem to generate much interest in the gay community if GayWheels is any measure to judge by (and it may not be). The Ford Focus WAS among the top ten cars researched by the members of that web site last quarter... at number ten. None of the other cars in the top ten were Ford products. No cars made by Ford were in the top ten researched cars in the previous two quarters.

It would make little sense for Ford's Jaguar brand to sponsor an event that does not have a reasonable chance of generating new business. Their advertising budget is more prudently spent elsewhere.
