Has anybody else checked any of these out? I was reminded of it, 'coz I was just listening to another couple of gay-themed reports/interviews (so far) again tonight. DW Radio was one (on Poland, of course), and I can't recall now which the other one was. Radio Sweden, I think. (They're total horn-dogs in Sweden, I think.  ) |

There is a great service on Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) Radio every night, late at night. It's called "CBC Radio Overnight", and they play English-language service segments from public broadcasters all around the world.
I have noticed that there often tends to be reports, interviews and features on LGBT issues on a lot of these broadcasts, particularly on Radio Deutchawella, Radio Netherlands and Radio Sweden. Just recently (I think it was early Tuesday morning) I heard a couple of interesting pieces on LGBT topics, and apparently the various networks involved keep the programs available online for up to a week.
Since I only have an old clunker of a computer, and dial-up (and an ancient browser) I can't really check it out -- it just makes my computer seize up. BUT I thought it might be a worthwhile resource for others to check out -- and after all, I get to hear it on CBC Radio, anyway.
