No... this is not at all what the UK judgment says. It's fairly clear (and you will note that the BBC makes no such claims for their own story).

They cannot be prosecuted for stating their opposition to giving a room to a Gay couple, but they most certainly can be prosecuted for declining to give a room to a Gay couple based on this opposition. The harassment provisions would have made a simple statement of opposition a prosecutable offense, even if the goods and services were forthcoming. |
