MTV Networks' Logo announced Wednesday that it will acquire DowneLink.com, a multicultural lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender social networking site.

The site will join Logo's other affiliated websites including Happiestgaycouple.com, visiblevote08.com, NewNowNext.com, AfterEllen.com and 365gay.com.
